License agreement
By purchasing Figarc, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the purchased assets in personal and commercial projects.
Things this license allows you to do
1. Personal use
You can use Figarc to create end products for personal or educational purposes.
2. Commercial use
You can use Figarc for commercial purposes or client projects.
3. Combine and modify
You can combine your Figarc creations with other creative works and make a derivative work. However, the resulting work will be subject to the same terms of this license.
4. End products for sale
You can create up to 5,000 end products for sale for Figarc Pro, and up to 25,000 end products for sale for Figarc Team. An “end product for sale” is the final artwork or product you create for commercial purposes using Figarc‘s assets. End products can be both Digital or Physical items.
If you need to remove this limitation, please refer to the chapter “Extending the license” below.
5. Physical assets
You can use Figarc‘s assets to create not only digital assets but also physical ones.
6. Backups
You can create as many backups as needed from Figarc‘s assets as long as you are the only one having access to these copies.
Things this license doesn’t allow you to do
1. Reselling
You can’t sell, sublicense, or distribute Figarc‘s assets.
2. Redistributing
You can’t distribute or publish Figarc’s assets online.
3. Public sharing
You can’t share the item link on the web or distribute (e.g., embed) with Figma public access.
4. Embedding
You can’t embed the complete Figarc product as a Figma embed functionality in a client project in its original or modified form.
5. Sharing
You can’t publish Figarc‘s assets within your Figma organization unless you’ve purchased Figarc Team, which allows you to share it with up to 5 people. If you plan to use Figarc for a team larger than five people, please refer to the chapter “Extending the license” below.
6. Repackaging
You can’t use Figarc’s assets to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, and similar platforms).
Enforcement
The copyright owner of Figarc is Zlatko Najdenovski, an individual born and raised in Skopje, Macedonia.
Zlatko Najdenovski reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of Figarc outside the scope of this license, especially in the case where assets are used to create a competing product or distributed online.
By purchasing or downloading Figarc (including the free versions), you agree to be financially liable for $10,000 for each offense of this license agreement. If your watermarked copy of Figarc is shared publicly online or on a piracy forum, you agree to be held financially liable for each download as a separate offense.
Limitation of liability
The liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from using Figarc’s assets—including third-party claims against you—is limited to a refund of your purchase.
I may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Figarc’s assets.
Extending the license
This license comes with a few limitations and possibilities to extend it. For example:
- Figarc Pro comes with a single-person license and can be used in up to 5,000 end products for sale.
- Figarc Team comes with up to five-person license and is limited to be used in up to 25,000 end products for sale.

Refund policy
If any problem prevents you from accessing the purchased assets or encountering such critical issues, contact me, and I’ll give you a full refund. Once you get the refund, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and are not permitted to use Figarc for personal or commercial projects.
Please note that I can’t issue a refund if you change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with Figma’s features. For that, I advise you to try out Figarc Free before purchasing and make sure it’s right for you and fits your needs.
